The "Download Folder" is a special storage location for records that you wish to download to your local machine. To add items to your download folder:

1.	Perform a search or browse the directory using the appropriate links above.
2.	Click the checkboxes beside the records you wish to add to your folder.
3.	Press the 'Add Selection to Download Folder' button.

Once you have chosen the records that you wish to download, you can view the contents of your folder and save the records to your local machine as a Microsoft™ Excel (.xls) workbook.
